Join TUI Musement as a Head of Engineering to play a leadership role in the engineering department. Your role will entail to seek excellence in all engineering disciplines inclusive of testing, quality assurance, application development, data processing, analytics. The Head of Engineering will develop strategic plans regarding the technical development of platforms/software and establish the business’s technical vision that guides all aspects of technological development in harmony with all the other department.



ABOUT THE JOB



Drives the vision, design, strategy, and implementation of integrated web systems in order to support the business. The Head of Engineering leads from 3 to 6 engineering managers and collaborates with other business departments in order to roll out new web systems and improve current systems.
Keeps up with new technologies and identifies high level architecture for the platforms and software in development. This leader has a strong vision for the department and promotes the best organizational practices and patterns. Tackles high-level challenges and balances quality software with speed.
Identifies hiring needs and takes part in recruiting process.
Guides engineers to move forward along their career paths, improves the engineering ladder according to the evolution of the organization and aligns team topologies to business objectives.
Manages the department’s staffing, resources, and mentoring, and maintain a best-in-class engineering department.


ABOUT YOU



Proficient in at least one programming language, either in Frontend or Backend speciality
Excellent understanding of both monolith and microservices architecture
Extensive knowledge of Continuous Delivery principles and patterns
Good understanding of DevOps containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
Confident with AWS Cloud infrastructure
Experience with Agile principles and Scrum
Bachelor degree in computer science or equivalent experience
Track record of leading distributed engineering and operations teams in software companies
Good written and spoken English

Joining the TUI Musement (TUI MM) Finance Team as Master Data Agent, you will support us with the standardization of our Master Data Processes across Tui companies as well to help us to improve and document our finance processes.

You will manage the process regarding with clients and vendors configurations in our operative and financial systems as well other kinds of mappings. The position will support the tasks for all of our TUI MM companies. TUI Group is the world’s number one integrated tourism business. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• You will support in the analysis for the suppliers and clients creation processes to assure the integrity and accuracy of the data in our systems (Asterix, SAP, Dynamics…).

• By mapping processes, you will ensure the info flow from the operative to the Finance systems and support with the configuration of different parameters.

• You will ensure integrity revision between the info in the different systems

• You will be in charge of analyzing and resolving the incidences together with the IT, Operations and MMBS Departments.

• Further, you will make sure that the Internal Audit requirements are followed in your daily work

• The requests are managed from the assigned companies, classifying the type of query, leading those which need another department for resolution and monitoring the internal customer is satisfied in its resolution.

• By identifying strengths and weaknesses in the processes, you will aim to improve internal customer service backed by the best service feedback and ensure a continuous improvement and development of our services provided in a reliable and timely manner.


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Business University degree

• Previous experience with ERP tool – SAP

• Previous experience in administration, supplier and customer management mandatory

• Ability to use MS Office tools such as Word, Outlook and Excel

• Someone with proven numeric skills and financial acumen

• Someone with a methodical, organized approach towards the execution of the assigned tasks

• Project and time management skills with an ability to set and maintain priorities in a multi-task environment

• Good communication skills essential Excellent level of Spanish and English is mandatory, both written and verbal. Any additional language advantageous, preferably French, German or Italian

Twilio is building out our Super Network Operations Center, or SNOC. This team is part of Twilio’s Super Network business unit, the multi-functional team responsible for the software, hardware, commercial relationships, and operations necessary to run our global network of carrier partners. The SNOC team is responsible for monitoring the performance of our carrier partner network and troubleshooting carrier-related issues across both Voice and SMS. The SNOC works diligently to ensure that our carrier partner network provides the high quality and high performance that Twilio’s customers expect.

Who?

You have at least 4 years of relevant experience as a lead in a Network Operations Center and/or Customer Service Center for a Network Operator or Telecommunication Provider. You have owned and managed voice or messaging incidents, operational reporting, technical projects, and staff onboarding. You know how to work effectively with internal teams and carrier partners to address and resolve operational issues.
Track record in Voice and SMS/MMS incident ownership at a Tier 1 carrier or aggregator
Advanced knowledge and trouble-shooting skills in the following technologies:
Voice (VoIP, SIP/RTP, G.711/G.729, and related telephony protocols/standards)
SMS (SMPP, SS7, Routing)
IP Networking
Demonstrated ability to remain calm and effective during higher workloads as well as excelling at prioritization and evaluation of situational urgency
High competency in communicating technical issues to technical and non-technical audiences
Experience in process development, operational reporting, staff onboarding and training
Hands-on knowledge with the following tools:
Data Analysis (Kibana, Looker)
System Monitoring (DataDog)
Ticketing Systems (ZenDesk, ServiceNow, Jira)

We are looking for an all-round, enthusiastic communication creative to make highly engaging content from Company Videos to Social Media.

We want you to tell compelling stories with video, photographs, words and sound. And have the technical skills to make those stories shine.

Are you capable of increasing the quality of our content as well as our pace of production?

We do not only need a creative with a natural flare for combining footage, appropriate audio and graphics but also a communication idealist who can take control and level up our video projects.

Our Team

We are a fast-paced marketing and communication team (5 people) with a can do mentality. We put a focus on getting things done, continuously delivering a high-standard product and having fun doing it. You will be in the middle of it all, working on a wide range of projects

Requisitos
Minimum of 3 years experience as a licensed Adobe Creative Suite user, primarily focused on Premiere Pro and After Effects.
Proven experience in creating and editing video content.
Proven experience in creating motion graphics and visual effects.
Extensive knowledge of all technical issues associated with video production. Eg. Dimensions, codecs, frame rates, colour grading, LUTs & Looks, audio correction etc.
Experience in using Lumetri Color, Essential Sound and Essential Graphics panels combined with Effects panels in Premiere
High level of English (spoken & written)
